We are thrilled to announce that Testinium has earned its place as a finalist in two categories at the European Software Testing Awards 2022!

The finalists from Testinium and their categories are listed below:

For the “Best Overall Testing Project – Finance” category, the European Software Testing Awards judges were looking for:

Detailed Discussion of project goals, importance, achievements, resources and successful results
Evidence of great vision, forward-thinking & working closely with stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget
Demonstration of a successful software testing project utilising a best practice method/technique
Evidence and evaluation of overcoming project challenges/obstacles

For the “Graduate Tester of the Year” category, the European Software Testing Awards judges were looking for:

A recent graduate, who has completed university or an apprenticeship scheme in the last 2 years, who has shown outstanding commitment and development in the testing field. Judges will be looking for:

Graduate background, and why they joined the testing world
Examples of challenges in the Journey and how they overcome those challenges
Evidences and evaluation of self-training and improvement
Discussion of what graduate wants to do in the future and how they will contribute to the future of testing

Testinium won the “Highly Commended” Award in “Best Overall Testing Project – Finance” category in partnership with BTCTurk team!

We are thrilled and proud to announce that Testinium in collaboration with BTCTurk team, won the “Highly Commended” Award in “Best Overall Testing Project – Finance” category at the European Software Testing Awards 2021! This has been the second great accomplishment of Testinium team at the European Software Testing Awards that is held every year. Up until today, Testinium won the “Testing Management Team of the Year” award in 2019 and has been selected as a finalist in more than 15 categories over the past three years.

Testinium Corporation, based in Turkey, has collaborated with the UK-based Bahar Software Engineering Consulting, to develop and deliver advanced test automation services for BtcTurk, Turkey’s first and the world’s fourth largest Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange platform. As a successful project in the finance domain, the automated project has included the following cutting-edge technologies: model-based testing (MBT), a Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) tool named Gauge, and project maturity assessment using a customized metric-based QA maturity model.

Every year, at the European Software Testing Awards gala event, “Best Overall Testing Project - Finance” award is presented to the most outstanding testing project in the finance sector.

For this category, judges were looking for:

Detailed Discussion of project goals, importance, achievements, resources and successful results,
Evidence of great vision, forward-thinking & working closely with stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget,
Demonstration of a successful software testing project utilising a best practice method/technique,

Testing Manager of the Year

The “Testing Manager of the Year” will be awarded to the most outstanding test manager or team leader over the last 12 months. For this category, the European Software Testing Awards judges are looking for:

• Demonstrate what they did to build, support, nurture, develop and motivate a team to become successful

• Evidences that are both quantitative (measurable metrics or technical elements that show statically what has been achieved) and qualitative (feedback from the team, project stakeholders, senior’s organization leaders or customer/users).

• Examples of procedures put in place to ensure high quality results.

• Evidence and evaluation of self-improvement and commitment to high.
