In this method, testers cannot ask the right questions and test the product correctly. Because they get feedback from the development team and the end-user too late. Since the testing does not start at the earliest stage of the process, bugs are getting very difficult to manage and catch.

Agile Testing Quadrants

Based on all these, we make inception and POC to learn how many companies apply each step in agile quadrants where we will do agile test transformation.
