INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
As TESTINIUM Technology Software Inc., our Information Security Policy ensures the protection of our assets' "Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability" properties and the reduction of risks to acceptable levels.
Our information security management system is documented and continuously improved in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001-2022 standard in order to effectively manage risks to our business continuity and information assets. Within this framework, risks to our information assets are systematically assessed. Additionally, trainings are organized to develop the technical and behavioral competencies of our employees in order to raise information security awareness. These activities are carried out in an integrated structure with our other existing management systems.
As TESTINIUM Technology Software Inc., we commit to:
- Complying with legal obligations related to information security,
- Defining information security objectives and meeting their requirements,
- Ensuring information security in agreements made with third parties (business partners, customers, suppliers),
- Ensuring that core and supporting business activities continue with minimal interruption under normal conditions,
- Minimizing any loss of revenue or opportunity arising from information security incidents,
- Restricting and monitoring access within the identity and access management framework based on job definitions, authorization levels, and business requirements,
- Detecting and reporting information security breaches and incidents in a timely manner, and operating effective incident management processes,
- Regularly conducting information security awareness and training programs,
- Demonstrating a responsible approach toward the environment and society, developing practices that support environmental sustainability, and fulfilling our social responsibilities,
- Taking the necessary actions for the continuous improvement of the information security management system.
Accordingly, the company expects all employees to fulfill their job responsibilities in accordance with this policy and to notify management at bgihlal@testinium.com in the event of an information security incident.
